We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have concerns about a product you purchased from us, please contact us at info@designsbymya.com to share your concerns and we will work with you to resolve them.
Returns
In the event we opt to refund your purchase, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending upon how long it takes your credit card company to complete the refund.
If we have notified you of a refund, but you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact at info@designsbymya.com.
